Half hour before closing and masked due to Covid 19 but the staff were very kind and helpful to me (an obvious ignoramus with anything about computers). Gave them two Kindles which had stopped working to see if anything could be done. The older one, I was advised, turned out to be far too expensive to repair as needed part from China - during pandemic. The other kindle was repaired as I waited - and they apologized for me having to wait ten minutes as it needed charging a little before it could be repaired. The Kindle was charged but most surprisingly I was not. The staff sorted everything out, gave me the advice that I needed and made no charge for their time. If anything goes wrong again I will use A Geek but insist on paying next time.
